Procurement and Management of International EPC contracts

With ambitious plans for infrastructure development to international standards and as a major player in the gas ans chemical industries, the Caribbean region generally will continue to see a rise in large-scale projects and the participation of international contractors. This seminar will offer an overview of the different types of standard international Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts and how they are regularly amended, as well as providing a guide to effective project management, programming, delay analysis and claims.
